Report a problem
Include your device model, Android/iOS version, game version and the steps that lead to the issue. Add your player ID if the issue concerns a cloud save. Screenshots are optional; remove personal information before sending. Never send your password.
Cloud saves and accounts
Playing locally does not require an account. Cloud synchronization uses an optional verified email account and an internet connection. Before reinstalling or clearing app data, make sure progress you want to keep has been backed up. If a save is missing, tell support the account email and player ID you normally use.
Privacy and advertising
Open the advertising privacy options inside the game to review available consent choices. Device advertising controls are provided by Android or iOS. Details are in the privacy policy.
Account or data deletion
Use the account deletion page to request removal of a Pals Games cloud account, cloud save and associated gameplay history. Deleting the app alone does not delete a cloud account.
Store pre-registration
Pre-registration and pre-orders are managed by Google Play and the App Store. The store shows availability and sends its own launch notifications. This support page does not collect a pre-registration email list.
